Vishing, or Voice Phishing, has been around for quite some time. It may not be the latest tool in a cyber criminal’s tool-belt, but its effectiveness keeps it as a top concern for us at BBTech.

- Do not give away any Personally Identifiable Information, or PII, over the phone during an unsolicited phone call. PII can be someone’s name, address, social security number, credit card number, etc.
- If you receive an unsolicited phone call requesting personal information, hang up and do some research on the caller. If you find the caller is legitimate, call them back.
